چکیده
Multistatic forward-looking synthetic aperture radar (Mu-FLSAR) has the potential of high-resolution imaging with short time, which can improve transmitter’s survivability, by coherently fusing simultaneously observed measurements multiple receivers. However, combined performance strictly depends on an appropriate geometric configuration among transmitter and receivers because application limits flight directions In this paper, to design a for Mu-FLSAR, wavenumber spectrum formation (WSF) approach is proposed based projection relationship between support regions (WSRs) parameters. On one hand, projected pattern WSRs deduced, point spread function (PSF) analyzed. Based feature kernel WSR, formed master receiver, features parameters, including time azimuthal angle, WSF method visually quickly deduce parameter salve other designed wavenumber-dependent fast polar format algorithm (WF-PFA) efficiently reconstruct targets relying WSRs. Simulation results verify method.

An Extended Wavenumber-Domain Algorithm Combined with Two-Step Motion Compensation for Bistatic Forward-Looking SAR
With appropriate geometry configurations, bistatic Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) can break through the limitations of monostatic SAR on forward-looking imaging. Thanks to such a capability, bistatic forward-looking SAR (BFSAR) has extensive potential applications. For the focusing problem of BFSAR, wavenumber-domain algorithm is accepted as the ideal solution. However, in practical application...
متن کاملAnalysis and Focusing for Bistatic Forward-looking Sar in Spaceborne/stationary Configuration
The conventional monostatic SAR shows a limitation of achieving a high azimuth (angular) resolution if a forward-looking geometry is used [1]-[2]. One problem of the forward-looking configuration is that the differences in the Doppler frequencies of adjacent terrain points in the along-track direction are much smaller than the differences in the Doppler frequencies of adjacent terrain points in...
متن کاملA Localization Method for Multistatic SAR Based on Convex Optimization.
In traditional localization methods for Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), the bistatic range sum (BRS) estimation and Doppler centroid estimation (DCE) are needed for the calculation of target localization. However, the DCE error greatly influences the localization accuracy. In this paper, a localization method for multistatic SAR based on convex optimization without DCE is investigated and the i...
متن کاملA Sparse Bayesian Approach for Forward-Looking Superresolution Radar Imaging
This paper presents a sparse superresolution approach for high cross-range resolution imaging of forward-looking scanning radar based on the Bayesian criterion. First, a novel forward-looking signal model is established as the product of the measurement matrix and the cross-range target distribution, which is more accurate than the conventional convolution model. Then, based on the Bayesian cri...

In this paper, a fast time domain imaging algorithm called bistatic forward-looking fast factorized backprojection algorithm (BF-FFBPA) based on sub-aperture and sub-image is proposed for general bistatic forward-looking synthetic aperture radar (BFSAR) with arbitrary motion. It can not only accurately dispose the large spatial variant range cell migrations and complicated motion errors, but al...
